When did you first start working with BookVisit, and what made you choose them?
We started using BookVisit in June 2017. We needed a booking engine with an easy user interface and we chose BookVisit as it really stood out from the rest of the providers.

Which BookVisit products do you use?
We use the BookVisit internet booking engine, BookVisit Web for our hotel website, the gift voucher module and the online conference booking module.

What challenges have you experienced before using BookVisit?
Our previous booking system was not as easy to use and didn’t support packaging. Now with BookVisit’s dynamic packaging module we can create attractive and high-selling packages with only a few clicks.

Since we started using BookVisit, our reception personnel can quickly update prices and mail notifications, as well as package deals and much more, without extensive training.

What has been the biggest impact on your business since selecting BookVisit as your partner?
We’ve had a lot of positive results since starting BookVisit and one of the greatest impacts has been the speed of use. If we decide to do a last-minute package for the weekend, we can have it up and running in 5 minutes and that’s something that wasn’t possible earlier.

What makes BookVisit unique?
That it’s easy to use and that the support is great. We always get a fast response and this makes problem solving very swift.

How long did the training take?
It took a couple of days as we have quite a lot of staff, so we did two training sessions.

What do your employees say about Bookvisit?
They are very happy with BookVisit as it’s easy to use and they like seeing immediate results when updating the webpage, package offers and campaigns. It gives them a chance to be more hands on now than before, so that makes me happy as well!

If you were to recommend BookVisit to another hotel, what would you say?
We’ve already recommended it to a couple of partners. Overall, this is a very easy to use software and it works great for us!
