Claus Raasted, a true disruptor, owned the stage in his iconic Batman suit, delivering a talk that challenged us to think differently.
Claus introduced a refreshing approach to giving advice and presenting ideas: start with "I wonder if..." instead of "I think you should..." to foster openness and curiosity. He also reminded us that real innovation only happens at the extremes—either in moments of abundance or desperation.
Most importantly, Claus encouraged everyone to be brave. Don’t be afraid to present new ideas, be the "first monkey" or the "idiot in the room", and embrace being the one who dares to challenge the norm.

As the first sessions began and the networking area opened, meaningful connections were made, and new bonds formed. Attendees walked away with fresh insights and ideas to bring back to their properties, ready to put their new learnings into action.

Congratulations to Slipens Hotell and ABBA The Museum, whose guests have given them the highest praise! We celebrated with a glass of sparkling wine, mingled, and danced our way out, closing the ceremony in style before heading off for new adventures on the top floor of Jacy'z.
This year's winner of Best Stay is Slipens Hotel! Therese Kalentun is the one-woman show of this beautiful hotel and it is a true pleasure to award the hard work it takes to make every customer leave with a smile on their faces. (Not only is great service guaranteed, Therese let it slip that Slipens Hotell also has one of Europe’s largest whiskey collections!)
Abba the Museum is a crowd favourite! Pleasing such a large crowd is not a small feat. With generations worth of expectations on their shoulders, they keep delivering excellent guest service, making dreams come true every day!

There are pool parties, and then there’s our kind of pool party! A massive thank you to our amazing main partner, Nexi Nets, for hosting the most epic after-work event, complete with delicious blue drinks. It was an unforgettable experience that left everyone buzzing—and it’s safe to say this party became the talk of the town!

There is no Visit Summit without a party! As the night fell, the dance floor filled up and we danced until we felt the for that final refresher at JQs bar.
