By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions for this event. The registration is binding. Visit Group owns the right to refuse registration should a registrant not quality as invitee, Visit Group client or Visit Group partner.

Invoicing

Upon submission of your completed online registration form, you are considered ‘registered’ and an invoice will be sent. You agree to 10 days payment terms.

Marketing, Photography, and Filming

By registering for and/or participating in the Event, you agree to receive emails containing both essential information and marketing materials. You also acknowledge that certain sessions and/or social functions may be photographed, filmed, and/or live-streamed. Some of these photos and video recordings may be used for event records, news, promotional purposes, future marketing materials, illustration, informational content, and sharing activities. These may appear on Visit Group's official websites or social media pages, which process personal data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
