Emergency Support

Examples of matters that are related to operations and are in the scope of on-call support are if:

  • You cannot login to Citybreak, iTicket or BookVisit because the system doesn’t respond.
  • Citybreak Online or BookVisit Online doesn’t respond.
  • The booking is down.

If any of the above problems happen during evenings or weekends, and you can’t wait until the next day, we have on-call operational technicians standing by. Please call (+46) 031-380 60 94 only when in urgent need of technical support.*

*Please note: In case of calling our emergency support without adequate emergency matter, invoicing of SEK 1800 (EUR €175) per initiated hour for matter handling will apply.

Examples of matters that cannot be handled on the Emergency Support:

  • Changes and cancellations of bookings.
  • Allotment or availability issues.
  • Configuration-related problems.
  • All Agent-related questions. Agents are asked to contact the organization they are booking from directly.
