iTicket Sales Agent

  • Edit Price in Sales Agent for iTicket Booking Flow Products –  Sales Agent now supports manual price editing for iTicket booking flow products.
To enable this this is needed :
    - The product must be distributed to Sales Agent
    - The product must use an iTicket price list with the “Allow price override” setting enabled

You will find the edit price modal in the Sales Agent basket - product list.

    Note:
    - The edit price modal always loads the original base price, not the last committed price override.
    - “Allow Price Override” must be active at the time of booking to enable price editing.
